DON'T WALK, RUN AND BUY YOU A PB-JIFE!
it will save your life! give you wings! make you taller! more handsome! it will reverse male pattern baldness!! it will teach your dog to behave! has been known to bring feuding families back to an amicable place of respect and love! your glass will always be half full! you will suddenly find yourself only grabbing on sale items grocery shopping (by accident even!). just having one PB-jife in the household has been noted as a confirmed good luck charm and beacon for positivity and fortune to befall you! Before I had a PB-Jife I was actually clinically dead (inside and out), $12.99 and 2 days on amazon prime later, and here I am full of life, typing this amazon review with my CLEAN HANDS AND KNUCKLES! after just scraping the bottom of a big ol peanut butter jar out in 2 seconds effortlessly.it might look big, and awkward (it is...its a monster of a one use tool), but seriously if you have an insane dislike for getting PB on your fingertips dealing with jars (a phobia even? who knows) - this is the solution you've been looking for.long live the weirdos, long live PB-Jife*will not do anything in that first paragraph I'm sorry.

Not Just for Peanut Butter!
This is an unusual tool. It is stiff enough to plow through cold peanut butter and clean the sides well and around the rim. Works great! We have a silicon spatula that cleans up nicely but not quite strong enough for digging into cold peanut butter. This tool stand out with how firm it is. It will be perfect for a big new jar of peanut butter to mix in the oil as well as using it any other time peanut butter is wanted. But don't stop with just using it for peanut butter. It seems it can be used for other things as well. Was rushing to make a salad for my husband who had to eat on the go. I mixed up lettuce & other things then reached in the drawer for a big fork or something to mix it all up. There sat my red-handled new tool & I put it to work with the salad. It worked like a champ! Like it was made for that job.I can't wait to find more uses for this really fun tool. I'm really glad I bought it, even though at first I thought I was being silly, buying a tool just for peanut butter. So glad I was silly that day.

Less mess, Less Germs, More Peanut Butter *A Must Have*
The media could not be loaded. The problem with big jars of peanut butter and mayo is that with a standard butter knife, you have to stick your hand in the jar to get the stuff out of the bottom. I don't want someone sticking their hand in my peanut butter. Yuk!My husband would end up with peanut butter all over his hands (and the kitchen). We tried long spoons meant for stirring cocktails and even mini spatulas, but they would tear up the bread. The PB-Jife solves those issues. No more hands in the jar, nearly all the product out of the jar, and it spreads on bread like a dream. We bought two, so we could have a clean one while the other was washing. Love it.

Cheapskate PB Lover's Rescue
Why do PB jars all have those odd curves? Not like Coca-Cola bottles where the shape is irrelevant to the inner liquid. My wife had developed the habit of thinking she'd pour oil in to soften the inaccessible teaspoon's worth and then turn it into the sauce of a Thai entre. She's never actually cooked Thai food so it was all just wasted cooking oil.Now that we are buying our Jif by the case on Amazon, we are awash in all the PB we want, and the menace of the renegade teaspoon of PB getting tossed out had loomed. Except with this great "knife" we can scrape out all the renegade PB except maybe a gram's worth.I can get restful nights of sleep...once I ever stop my wife from pouring cooking oil into the empty Jifjars.I Highly Recommend this "knife".

Gets to the Bottom of the Jar with No Mess
Just had an idea to search "peanut butter knife" on Amazon and found this one and a few others. This one looked the best. Works like a charm! Blade is long enough that the handle stays outside the jar opening. The little rounded end gets around the very bottom of the jar too so none is wasted. I also use it to get jelly out of the jar too, and to spread margarine on toast. Oh, and after it's clean, I use to stir my coffee too.

A Great Buy!
My sons eat peanut butter all the time. Thought this PB knife would be a great surprise for them & help cut down on waste left in jar. This is a really good purchase! Well made, sturdy construction, total length about 12 inches (blade & handle). Edge is not sharp, but it IS sturdy. Washes well in the dish washer. My guys actually love getting ALL the peanut butter from the jar, like a little challenge -- cost savings the fun way. Shipping was super fast. Very happy all the way around. Recommend Seller & Product. A+ experience. Please refer to pictures I added with comment. PB Jar is 40 oz/2 lbs. Used as a reference to size of the PB-JIFE! knife.

Worth it
We use the Costco natural pb. We use enough pb to warrant leaving a knife in the jar and I mostly bought this for the longer handle. It works well to stir, spread, and get the last of the jar empty. My husband said he wished there were a T at the top for easier stirring but that might lead to you breaking the blade I'm not sure. I would not buy this unless you go through a lot of peanut butter. I think if you are just making a sandwich here and there a regular knife will do right by you.

Great if you get the large jars of peanut butter or jelly
The PB-Jife is essentially a long, non-serrated knife made especially for large peanut butter or jelly jars. It has an end that allows it to scrape the various nooks and crannies of the large jars and is long enough that your hand never has to go into the jar as you scrape the bottom. I tried using this on a nearly empty jar of natural peanut butter which I had gotten everything out with a regular butter knife that I could. Using this, I got another tablespoon and a half of peanut butter out, enough to cover a rice cake or spread on a piece of bread. So, it definitely works. a lot better than a regular butter knife. While, contrary to their rather cheesy but memorable tagline, it may not change your life, if you eat a lot of peanut butter, especially if you get the large jars, this will definitely be useful.

Ridiculously overpriced and impractical
It bends easily, which defeats the purpose. The instructions clearly state to avoid stirring the peanut butter, precisely to prevent the bending. But if I cannot stir, if this is not strong enough to stir a large jar of peanut butter, what's the point then?Even if it was strong enough, because it's very wide, the resistance is considerable, and it takes some strength to mix the content of the jar.Spare yourself the money and the time, and just find something else.

simple and works great and no messy hands
Makes getting peanut butter ( or other nut butters ) out of the jar easier and best of all it’s so long you don’t get PB all over your hand. It’s also really good for mixing the oil back into the nut butter before taking out of the jar. Waaay better than with a knife and no mess.A very simple tool that really does an excellent job. It can be used for other stuff too.

A Large Serving Fork Swirled Within the Jar is Better
Not better than any longer knife (like a bread knife) that you might already own. Specifically, my large fork swirled in the center of the Peanut Butter Jar was more effective, more splashless, and more versatile.

The perfect tool for peanut butter users
This tool is a must have for stirring peanut butter and especially for getting at the "last drop" out of the jar.
