I liked this laptop so much, the design and the price and the delivery..The thing I disliked about it, it’s weight.It’s really heavy.. and that is the only bad thing..After months of buying it and while i were working on project suddenly it closed and everything Has disappeared, i wasn’t able to open it...And when i go to HP service center they refused to repair it because The laptop drives “Hdd” weren’t HP which means the maintenance services is cancelled, and the problem was that the drive isn’t correctly installed !!!I did solve the problem and I’m fine now with the laptop... though you need to be aware
