I wound up returning this item from Amazon because it was broken, but I later bought another one at Bed Bath & Beyond.I really like it because it makes grinding sea salt a lot easier and it even has a light so you can see where the salt is hitting.The button on the front makes it easy to hold and then hit the grinder with your thumb. And the bottoms detaches for easy filling with salt or the spice of your choice.Think I'm going to buy a second one for red and white peppercorns.

No Batteries!! No fuss!! These things just work great. I end up replacing one or both of them every 3-4 years, but in-between they provide daily service without fail. And at this price point, four years is a great bargain too. Heck, you'd pay triple that in batteries with that type during that same time frame.Avoid the battery BS, forget the ones that are priced like they are made of gold... these rock the house (literally) for a great price. Highly recommended!!

I purchased this item excited to finally get a grinder that was mechanical. It arrived and worked great and within 2 weeks then stopped charging on one of the grinders. I contacted the manufacturer per the 3 year warranty that was in the box to be informed the product has been discontinued and they no longer have replacement parts and I need to contact the seller to replace the one grinder but since two weeks had past I got rid of the box since it worked initially. So now I am stuck with a broken item that I spent a good amount of cash on considering the item itself and no resolution. Unfortunately, the space provided to detail the issue in the returns or replacement limits you to very little space I have no clue if this seller will even make an effort to respond. Very disappointed in the brand and the product.

Never thought these would be so useful, but once you have them and use them you will never want to go back to manual ones....

Our older versions we had for almost 8 years. One side stopped charging so we had been alternating fr charging. They still worked fine but I felt 8 years was a good return so I got a new set.

This is my second set. First one salt grinder quit and replacement parts not available. My kids got me the first one for Christmas gift few years back. Thought you got to be kidding me. Didn't take long and I was hooked. When it quit I was heartbroken. My Daughter found another one and I ordered it. Use it daily. Another little unnecessary convenience, but gotta have it now.

This is my second purchase of this product. I had the last set for years and do prefer the previous contour of the barrel over the straight. However, they both work amazingly well. Easy and convenient grinders!!!

They are nice but they will not charge. Light does not come on! Pepper shaker does not sit straight as it should. You have to make it sit. Or it lends over. They are nice just disappointed as they were a gift.
