AN ABSOLUTE A MUST-HAVE IN EVERY PROFESSIONAL OR DIY HOME!
I've been quite a Makite-snob for the majority of my life. I know Bosch products have a great reputation for quality and dependability...after watching several YouTube videos on these drills I decided to give it a try. I actually bought two sets of these, one for a gift and the second for us. After I charged them we put them to the test. We drove multiple 3" screws into various woods to see if the impact driver could handle basic tasks...it did with ease. We then continued increasing the length and diameter of the screws just to find it's limits. In the end, we were screwing 10", 1/2" lag bolts into pressure treated posts and the impact driver performed flawlessly to my surprise! We were initially using our 18v Makita impact driver assuming the 12v Bosch would not even come close until the Makita battery died. Rather than wait for our Makita to charge, we decided to give the Bosch a try...to our surprise, the Bosch actually was able to drive the 10" bolt 80% of the way into the pressure treated post! We built a pergola over the past week and we used a combination of both the Makita and the Bosch drills...the Bosch performed fantastically! These drills are an absolute MUST for every homeowner and even professional contractors. Let's be honest, 98% of the jobs we do around a house are not focused around driving 10", 1/2" lag bolts into pressure-treated wood; most jobs are hanging pictures, doors, windows, etc. These drills are lightweight, perfectly balanced, fit great in both my hand as well as my wife's hands and are less cumbersome to carry than my Makita. We find ourselves reaching for the Bosch over the Makita when it comes to general DIY projects around the house just for the size, weight and portability, and overall power of them. I'm still hooked on my Makita but Bosch has absolutely found a permanent place in our workshop and we will now continue buying additional Bosch and Makita products as needed.

Nice little drills
I like these little drills because they are so light and small to get in tight places. I build cabinets and always have to get in little spaces to install hardware. Can't beat the weight of them and the power is awesome for the size of the drill. I had to have a set in my van and my shop. I also have many other Bosch 12 volt tools and love them.

Best gun in my toolbox
I am an apprentice automotive technician. I primarily use Milwaukee tools for other applicationsThis is by far the most useful gun (if not best tool overall) in my toolbox. I use it for everything. I don't know the specs, but it's extremely useful for low torque applications (like interior work) and low-mid torque applications without ripping threads (like reinstalling brake rotor screws, removing pan bolts from transmissions and engines, removing plenums, undoing hose clamps, opening and closing air filter boxes without damaging the air box etc etc.....)I don't use the drill as much as I do the driver. I mainly use the drill for tire work and recapping threads, but it has proved very solid as well. Both of these tools and batteries are very compact, especially when compared with other big name tools.I bought the brushed motor version, but it has held up extremely well. I've been using it almost every day since is bought it 6 months ago. A single charge on a battery usually lasts 9-12 days with moderate use, and then when i do charge it, it is only on the charger for 45 before being ready for another 9-12 days. The value of these guns is unparalleled, especially with 2 batteries and a charger provided.

Good set for homeowner/DIY use.
These are not the tools you want if you are building a deck. But they are plenty for the inevitable common jobs around the house. And they are also a lot lighter and easier to handle than the 18v tools with a giant brick of a battery attached to them. They are relatively cheap because the motors aren't brushless, meaning they will wear out faster if you use them heavily. However, it will be tough for a homeowner who just pulls these out occasionally to use them enough for that to matter.

Super handy! Love them.
I’m glad I picked these up! I used to use a plug in hitachi, but I got sick of switching bits and drivers, also having to plug in. These things can put in WORK for a 12v!!! I’ve used them for at least a year now and currently using them a ton in a bathroom remodel. The drivers are also holding up well to the work. I haven’t noticed any decrease in battery efficiency. They’re smaller and a better size for anyone with smaller hands, mobility or joint issues, or those that work on ladder and don’t want to accidentally drop a bigger drill like an 18v. I have big hands and live these.I’ve lately been investing in more Dewalt, but not a drill or driver yet. I like these so much I’m worried I’ll hate bigger ones, or that they don’t carry something as handy as these.
