I put a few drops of this in my drinks and now I don't like them without it. Tastes really good and keeps my minerals / hydration high.

I have ordered this in March (almost 6 months ago) and used it pretty loosely until last month when my on campus classes started back. I was sweating so much from walking around in 95 degree heat that I was constantly dehydrated. And then I started using these drops every day. It has made a very noticeable difference. I feel so much better. I put about 10-15 drops in my 40 oz bottle and I’m pretty much set for the day. The difference in taste is so small I can barely taste it.I can’t say with certainty that it’s because of if only due to these mineral drops, but I have also noticed an increase in my energy. Which is great for me since I’m chronically fatigued. Getting the minerals your body needs to function properly can never hurt.Bonus— I have barely made a dent in the bottle, so it’s going to last me a while.TLDR; get it! And use consistently to get the most out of it, but just using when dehydrated will also help.

Love these minerals. There is no taste and I add them to my reverse osmosis filter.

I've been using this product for several years now on the recommendation of the Root Cause Protocol. Decided I liked it and just kept at it. I've ditched the Root Cause thing but still using the minerals they recommend. They don't have much taste and I do feel better when taking them. I definitely am not a fan of their drip type lid. Sometimes nothing will come out, and you can't pour from the bottle without wasting and dripping some of it. So I've decided to put half the bottle in a different glass bottle with a squeeze dropper included. That way I know how much I'm taking. I've never really known how much I get each time. When I don't use it I end up getting leg cramps. I use it in filtered water, with Magnesium added and sea salt added too. Adrenals really need lots of salt, but just not table salt. Or Lays potato chips salt ! One star off for the rotten pouring system.

This is the best product I’ve found for remineralizing water. Contains minimal heavy metals. Mentions fluoride as a safe version but to my knowledge fluoride is fluoride as far as common ion pairing and bioavailability is concerned. Regardless, amounts are negligible and proven safe by even the strictest studies at these recommended doses. As far as dosing goes, I found that a baseline ppm of my RO water (6ppm) and 15 drops per gallon equals approximately 115ppm. Above 100 is considered hard water. Ideal is 75ppm depending on what you read. We fill and use a 1 gallon pitcher per day (two toddlers and one adult). Family of four but I spend 9 hours at work per day.

I drink reverse osmosis water. While it great atfiltering out all the bad, it also removes the good minerals. I’ve been having symptoms of dehydration despite drinking tons of water so I recently decided to get some mineral drops to put in my water. These are perfect! I feel so much better! Slightly alters the taste of my water but I enjoy it. I’m just not a fan of the bottle, the liquid drips down the side of the bottle after almost every use. And it has a kind of oily texture so it’s annoying to clean up. I’ll probably buy an amber dropper bottle to pour these drops in and problem solved!
