These divided meal dishes make meal prep so easy! I love the tight fitting lids. I was able to make several meals and put them in the freezer to microwave another day. I also love that the divisions indicate what one might want to put in them: one section for protein, one for veggies, etc.I recommend these for your meal preps. Great if you are a single person or a couple but still make large quantities (aka 4-6 servings) at a time.

These are the best meal prep bowls I've ever had. I use them for my salads. I love the little salad dressing cups that nestle into the lid. So convenient. Everything snaps together securely. They're both microwave and dishwasher safe - virtually indestructible. Absolutely reusable, but at a price point of basically a dollar a piece, if one gets left behind somewhere, I'm not mad about it.

Perfect for salads and separating meals. It comes with a small container to hold dressing.

Works great. Breaks easy, 1 already cracked. Cheap flimsy material. Lid barely snaps in place when full. Great recipes booklet. 10 containers is about the amount I needed. Handled dishwasher fine.

Love them. One bowl was broken at the top of the bowl but other than that they were good.

I can't live without these. Great for one person meals.

I like the containers in terms of showing you how food should be distributed for example how much protein you should eat how much vegetables you should eat the plate is sectioned off as such what I don’t like about this product is that it is advertised as dishwasher safe this is absolutely not true I put my containers in the dishwasher and they melted in some areas of the sections and I was not able to reuse them so they were thrown away.

Nice gift for daughter who meal preps. Nice quality.
