Seems ok so far. Gave it a quick test in the driveway when it arrived. Looks good. Seems to be built well. The case is a great feature. Seems like a beter, lower, deeper, quieter running noise than any others I've tried before. The coiled air hose does seem pretty plastic-y and cheap. I dont see that holding up long term, but so far so good. The pressure level shutoff is a really nice feature and worked perfectly on my quick test. That is going to be a huge plus.I ran it for about three minutes using the battery post clamp attachment (included). In the three minutes the cord did seem to already be building a little heat. I'm a little concerned about that as, for my use it is going to be running some pretty extended times airing up larger tires regularly.Overall I am very pleased with what I see and the quick initial function test since I got this at a great deal price lower than all of the other similar brands.At the end of December it will get its first real test out on the trails in the mountains with multiple vehicles. I will most likely come back and update this review after it gets real use.

Upon opening the package, I was thoroughly impressed with the tough appearance and make of this portable air compressor. I deliberately drained my tire to 11 PSI, hooked it up, and put it to the test. It took right at 5 mins to fully inflate my tire back to 35 PSI. Some portable air compressors I have used becomes very hot to the touch, this one did no such thing. I was also impressed with the gauge that allows you to set the PSI to put in your tire, and it automatically shut off within 15-20 seconds of reaching the set PSI. The LED light integrated into the pump would come in handy at night if needed to use. Blown fuse or your 10V plug isn't working..no problem...it comes with an adapter to hook it up straight to your battery. Overall, great product for the money, I would never revert back to portable air compressors such as the Pittsburg brand bought at harbor freight. Glad to have this air compressor/LED light combo on board when the need for one comes!

Great little 12v compressor. I bought as a replacement for another 12v air compressor that failed after 8 years. I did a ton of reading up on these and wanted to give the dual cylinder setup a try. The previous one I had was a single cylinder unit and the piston rod snapped in half while trying to air back up the tires on my Scout II. This unit did a great job! Very quiet and didn’t bounce around the garage floor while in use. Tires were at 12 psi and took about 7 minutes to air all the way back up to 35. Only reason this is not getting a 5 star rating is the digital pressure gauge. Very easy to read...BUT it is not accurate!!! I set it to cut off at 33.5 psi (35 max psi per tire) When it did cut off I checked the tires with my tire gauge and it read 41psi!!! Hooked the pump back up and it read 33.5 psi. I know my manual gauge is calibrated properly and this one is way off. Great pump, but do not trust the gauge. I aired up all 4 wheels on my scout and they all were 6-10psi higher than the unit was set to cut off at and what it read. I double checked thinking the 33x12.5 tires on the scout might throw it off by airing up the wheels on Porsche 911. Set the gauge to cut off at 45psi (max load for tire is 51 psi) and when it cut off each tire when checked with tire gauge on unit said 45psi. Manual dial gauge showed each tire at 60 psi! This could be dangerous if left unattended. But as an air compressor it definitely does the job...just check as you go.

Honestly it worked so well and I was so impressed I ordered a second one the day after the first one arrived.I had bought a harbor freight pump a few days before and decided to look online after. For less than $5 difference, I kept this one and took back the one from harbor freight. Two pumps makes it much faster and less heat.I drive 800 miles a week on my commute, and constantly stop to help stranded motorists. I have burned up several others and needed a decent replacement finally. Decided to give this one a go and it works perfectly. The few bad reviews I have read are Quality control issues, and they appear to be few and far between. Just check it over once it arrives and make sure you dont have one with a bad crimp on the hose, or some other minor defect. If it works well, you are good to go. If not just a quick return and you will likely get a good replacement.I am a Quality Engineer by trade, its a decent piece of equipment.

This air pump works, but it's not very convenient when not used in an emergency. Who designs a product you can only use through the cigarette lighter plug, or alligator clips to the battery. Do yourself a favor and get an all in one, the big yellow one from the wholesale store (big battery, jumpstarter, power outlet to plug anything in, air pump, and rechargeable via wall plug).Tools like this are just for one specific use, taking up valuable space.

Because of the number of positive reviews for another brand of pump, I was hesitant to buy the Yome. However, I know that quantity does not always translate into quality. I watched the Yome video and decided to give Yome a go. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! Everything about the pump is first rate: pressure hoses, fittings, carrying case, and ease of use. The pump is much quieter than I expected. It brought my tires up to the set pressure quickly. I checked the inflation pressure with a new tire pressure gauge and it was dead on accurate. It's even programed to slightly go over the set pressure to allow for the small amount of pressure that's lost when disconnecting. All around, I could not be more satisfied and I strongly recommend the Yome Dual Cylinder Air Inflator. Thanks!
