It’s a very good quality silk pillow case, it’s super soft and fits perfectly so no wrinkles in the pillow case= no wrinkles for you. Would love to have more color options available though.

I have 2 other older Le Grand pillowcases, but this is the first one in satin. Love it! I've had my Le Grand pillow for over 10 years and am hooked. It's been great for my neck and keeps the wrinkles at bay. I have 2 regular and one travel size, so when I wash them I can balance them out in the washer since they wash so well.

I absolutely love my save my face pillows. I personally do not use the satin pillowcases because my head sweats a lot at night and satin is not absorbent. I have been using my pillows for at least 5 years. They are washed frequently and fluff back out nicely. One is now threadbare and difficult to continue to patch. I am delighted to find I can purchase a new cotton cover.I use C-PAP at night. The unique design of these pillows allows me to easily turn my head in any direction without disrupting the c-pap.I could buy new ones, but they have become like my favorite teddy bears. I wish I had thought to look for new covers long ago.
