This product is similar to Vicks vapor rub without the mess and is easily portable. Will not help you quit smoking but will help you breath through your nose if congested.

Not very effective.. I’m still using but results just aren’t there.

This little thing worked great once I was ready to quit. I held onto it for a year before actually quitting vaping. But when I did it came in clutch for the sensation of holding the vape all the time. I was able to hold it and fidget with unscrewing and rescrewing it closed. This thing absolutely helped me quit!

OK, so my husband said he wanted me to stop smoking and try these I did first of all I don’t know what is doing which is doing nothing and it has this lingering type of smell and taste in your mouth. Would I bite it again no and it’s a waste of money.

It has helped me slow down smoking. I have noticed I have lost weight too. Hope I stop smoking all together.

This product doesn't work! It stinks! You can smell them if you're in the same area as them and that's worth the lid on. I inhaled and it irritated my throat and made it scratchy for a couple days. The next day (after inhalation) I got a really bad respiratory infection. Coincidence? I don't think so. I'm still getting over this sickness and it's been a week already ( that's rx assisted). I don't know if anyone else had this response to this. Buyer beware!
