Look Inside What Happens When You Eat: 1

This is a great book. My children love lifting the flaps and reading the information. It is a great book for children to understand what they eat and what happens inside our bodies when we eat.

It's my curious 6 year olds favorite book.

Recently purchased this, just the book I was looking for! I am 48 with an eating disorder which is both mental and physical. I attend therapy sessions with regards to my eating and my therapist didn't know the answers to some questions, this book has the answers!! I wish I had discovered this book a couple of years ago as I'm certain it would have helped with my ongoing problem. A fantastic find/book, easy to understand, cool illustrations and god forbid anything happens to it I am going to have to purchase another copy straight away!

Great learning for children

The media could not be loaded. Really helped my 5 year old understand the body and food :)

We have quite a collection of these books now. This one is brilliant, lots of flaps and plenty of information! My daughter (6) really soaks it all up. She is really enjoying learning about all the different vitamins and nutrients. Recommend!

I recommend this book highly! It made my 5 year old daughter more interested in healthy eating. Every family with young children should buy this
