BEST PURE NUT MILK - Add Water to Make at Home Affordably
JOI nutmilks are the purest! READ INGREDIENTS! I've only found 1 other brand that has no additives, no gums, no grain, unsweetened, but it's expensive to buy in liquid cartons at stores. JOI sells its products in a soupy-nut butter concentrated form, so it mixes well with water to make at home :-) Also, besides these smaller 15oz. tub sizes, JOI sells big 8lb. buckets if you use a lot of nut milks!TIP: This almond nut milk is ALSO absolutely AMAZING to use in sauces for cooking !The taste of JOI's new Unsweetened Cashew Hazelnut Oat Milk is our favorite for coffee & tea, because the Oat makes it sweet. YUMMmmmmmmmY! But if you're Paleo or on Paleo AIP because of autoimmune issues and don't eat grains (oats), you can stick with the Almond and other nut milks! JOI has certainly brought joy to our household--and saved our pocketbooks with its FABULOUS line of pure nut milks!

Excellent Product and Great Value
Taste great, consistency is good and it lasts a very long time. Couple things to note:1. I use 1 cup paste for 1 gallon water2. It will separate in fridge, you will just need to shake it to bring it back- super easy to do3. Blending it is easy and only take a couple minutes4. Only challenge is mixing the paste in the large bucket so that the oil doesn’t separate too much

Easy to use and tastes great!
I have been using these JOI plant milk concentrate products for over a year now and I will not be going back to milking my own nuts. Its so easy to add water and plant milk concentrate to my blender and making either cream for my coffee or milk to go in a smoothie. Tastes just like almonds or cashews. I have tried both!

Good for the planet
My family has been using this product for about 2 years. It's become a weekly task to blend up enough milk to store in 2 swing-top bottles in the fridge. It can be tiresome to commit to this volume, but we did it for the planet.PROS: good for environment (I estimate we've kept over 70 tetra paks out of the landfill by using this concentrate); no additives (no stabilizers or thickeners); works best with cold bevs or cerealCONS: The product requires alot of stirring upon first open, just like a jar of nut butter; the milk separates every day, which might gross some people out. I think it's easy to shake up before use (trade-off for no additives); it's grainy (I have an old, dull blender so is that on me?); it will curdle in piping hot beverage; despite label saying it's shelf stable, I keep in in fridge. It definitely went "off" once when kept on a shelf and smelled like rancid nuts.

Messy but delicious 😁
Just got this yesterday and tried it out right away. This is basically a giant tub of almond butter, and thus very versatile. I mixed some in the blender with cooled (but not chilled) brewed tea, fruit and cinnamon and it was both delicious and satisfying as a way to get caffeine and food all in one. It is also good as a dip/spread for apples, carrots, crackers, etc. Just be aware that like small jars of almond butter, this is a thick liquid, not a powder, however unlike small jars of many kinds of nut butter, the oil was not separated from the solids somehow. Not sure if that will occur over time or not, but so far so good!

Best Almond Milk Concentrate Ever
I'm super sensitive to chemicals used in processed foods. Luckily, this almond milk concentrate is totally natural. I place a tablespoon or two into my small blender and make fresh almond milk whenever I need it. I love that I'm not wasting cartons of processed almond milk. Since it's purely natural, it has no sugar, so I add the sweetener of my choice. I use Stevia. I purchased the 8 lb tub, and it has lasted for months in the refrigerator. I use it for coffee, soups, baking goods, basically anything that would require cow's milk which I'm allergic to. This is probably my 4th time purchasing the 8 lb tub. I've saved tons of money making only the amount of almond milk I need for whatever I'm making. I hope this company exists for many years.
