Perfect!
So when i discovered these i was hesitant about the price but decided to give them a shot because i get such bad cramps because of ovarian cysts and then ive got a back injury and get migrains that can start in my back sometimes. Well these things make it so i can walk and work with my cramps. Not 100% no cramps, but near. Also when i feel a migrain starting in my neck or back i pop one of these on and they help for sure. They stick sooo very well to my abdomin for cramps and pretty good on my back, they stay on with light sweating, but will come off if you are sweating heavily. Taking them off the tummy can feel like a big bandaid. Take the warning and wait an hour before putting water on the area after removing because it burns and can cause redness. But i reccomend these. They werent available for a while and i was so sad but im so happy to see them available again!

New Formula? My Gosh The Smell!!!
I've been using these Lilas patches for literal years nows. My first day period cramps are terrible. I literally refer to it as "my dark day" lol. I take prescription meds for it and when that's not enough, I'll slap one of these on as well. Bc these are so pivotal to my period care, I definitely noticed when these weren't available for a period in the Fall and I worried that meant either the company was going under, or the product was being reformulated. But, then they came back in stock and I re-ordered in Feb and figured all was good. Well I just broke open this box and immediately saw that the packaging was different and felt dread. I thought "please tell me the formula didn't change" and then I opened one up and boy did that smell hit you right in the face. As someone else mentioned below, the old smell was pleasant and sort of medicinal, kind of like eucalyptus. And it wasn't THAT strong, you pretty much stopped smelling it within a minute or two of taking it out of the packaging. But, this new one, the best way I can describe it is, you know like if you're gardening and you pick up fresh soil in your hands? Yeah it smells like that - like actual dirt. But real strong. The other lady's review likened it to Pine-Sol. I sort of get a hint of some sort of wood cleaner, so I could see that. But yeah, even wearing it right now at home the smell keeps wafting up, which the old one never did. To be honest, it actually feels like it's working even better than the old ones in terms of pain mitigation, but the last thing I want when I'm having my "dark day" and fending off body aches, cramps, and headaches is a really strong pungent smell. Dang! I'm so conflicted! The product works but if you're sensitive to smells, beware!

I got my life back!
For me, these patches are the best. When they ran out of stock recently I had enough already stocked up that I was able to get through a couple more months…I still ran out before they were restocked and was forced to try other “similar” products (but they’re NOT similar). Finally, these patches are back in stock and I just ordered a year’s worth!! These patches have given me my life back. Without them, I can’t get out of bed the pain is so bad. With them, it’s a game changer. The other patch type things I’ve tried are either crinkly, don’t last at all, or are uncomfortable to wear. But these patches? My absolute favorite. I won’t run out again.

Formula Update/Change?
I have endometriosis and severe adenomyosis. These patches are a lifesaver for the first few days when the pain meds don't really cut it. I ordered them religiously and then all of a sudden they were out of stock for awhile. However, when they came back, something in the formula changed and they don't seem as strong and the smell is AWFUL. They packaging and backing also changed. I'm really sad because these used to be my go-to.

THEY. WORK. 🥳
I was happy to find these natural menstrual patches. Using a heating pad at work is a pain because the cord gets caught under the rollers of my desk chair and, even though I've done the proceeding in desperate relief for pain, it doesn't look too great for co-workers coming into my office and seeing my pants open with a heating pad shoved down there. 😂Anyway, I took the chance on these, hoping they would be a win, and they were.I tend to get nauseating cramps that radiate into my lower back and, sometimes, my lady region. When those cramps showed up the other day, I whipped out one of those patches. I tried it on my lower abdomen first. I started feeling the patch doing its thing within seconds. It took a few short minutes (maybe 5 or so) before I started noticing that my pain was alleviating.I was stoked that it was working! So, I slapped a second one on my lower back. It took a bit longer for me to feel my back pain alleviating but it did work, and they both worked well for for the near 12 hours I left them on for.The patches provide a cool sensation and an almost numbing effect on the immediate area.I love that they are easy to use, that they're easily wearable under clothing and stick well, that the product uses only natural ingredients/no toxic chemicals, that they work (and work well) for as long as they claim, saves me the hassle of working around a heating pad at my work desk, and that it keeps me from taking OTC pain aids. The only drawback for me is that there's only 5 patches to a package. That can get pretty pricy, especially if I use two at a time. Also, I will caution, be careful with how long you do leave them on because, after I took them off, I was a bit startled to see it had burned me. Thankfully, the burn was gone by the morning. I just won't leave them on as long.I'm very pleased overall and highly recommend! 🩷

Works!
I used to take pain meds every month for period cramps and decided to look for some natural relief. I’ve been using these for maybe a year now and they work as intended. My period pain always creeps down to my upper legs so I place one on there and it relieves the pain. I personally love the smell. They’re quite comfortable patches, I forget that I have them on throughout the day. I’m not a recurring subscription; I just buy them as needed.
