Fixed the problem!
At steady throttle, my 2000 Ford f250 had started bouncing back and forth between RPMs and would seem confused as to where the throttle was positioned. Replaced TPS with this one and it runs like new now! Just 2 bolts and it fit perfectly. Pretty happy with it especially considering how cheap the part was.

Pretty basic part. Easy to swap out.
This part fixed my problem. My only hang up was I ended up removing the throttle body to get a better stab at the tps because I couldn't get those two screws out. I'm not sure why they didn't use a hex head instead of a Phillips but whatever. With the throttle body loose it wasn't too bad. Mine was for a 03 Grand Marquis by the way.
