Can this be used over carpet?

Yes, It is. Just notice that don't let the rubber seal too closed to the carpet when you apply it to your doors.

Can this be repaired ? The rubber strip has come out of the track. Came out from the side.

No. I returned mine for that reason. Check out your local lumber yard. That's what I did.

Will this work if bottom of door is uneven?

This Item includes screws. If your door bottom is uneven you can't install it with adhesive, but you can install it with screws.
