Fantastic formulaaa. It helps with joints pain and inflammation!It gave me so much power too and for some reason i guess it helps shedding weight i guess as it reduces inflammation. I sleep also better with this formulaaa. It is my second time to purchase and will keep doing. This is for life <3

Good product and service

I’ve been taking these for a while and like many supplements it’s hard to know whether they are effective. Having taken them for a few months there was a week or so that I didn’t have them and my joints did ache more. Perhaps unrelated but I do believe these are helping.The tablets are reasonably big but not hard to swallow albeit don’t have any taste improving coating.

I'd been taking Chondroitin/Glucosamine for a few weeks, noticed improvements in my 57 year old body's mobility/flexibility, then my supply ran out so got some more of a different brand that seemed to be not as effective. These ones quickly got me back to my improved state. I'll be buying these ones on repeat.

Helped with swollen knuckles

I'm still not sure. Was taking 2 in morning now trying one in morning one in evening. But not noticed a difference in stiffness or joints yet.
