Where is the key hole? All i see is some button that wont push down despite all my might

Gently slide red tab button to the center of lock where you would place the key.

Would this be long enough to lock two bikes to the same rack?

It depends it would be hard but if you got them very close lined up and to a skinny pole or something than the answer is maybe lol.

Can you remove the key if it is unlocked ?

No, the key can't be removed when unlocked.
