and i do like the 3 prong teeth
purchased this to use on our keys trip. very solid and strong, and i do like the 3 prong teeth. with anything pole spear, there was a small learning curve before i started hitting the mark. held up to many rock strikes.

Shoots fish
I shot a big Hogfish with this in the Exumas. I thought it was going to break but it didn’t. I almost drowned trying to get that fish up. But the pole spear worked fine. Probably better for lobster and small fish though.

Right part wrong color
A great compact travel spear. Well made however I ordered blue and got black instead. Hope I don't drop it or it will disappear!!

This is not 7ft long, its only 6ft long.
This 3 prong is made very well (impressive)... the only down size for me was that in a review someone said it was 7ft long (2-3ft pole sections, 3 prong section was 1ft), this is wrong! The actual measurement is 73 inches long (6ft 1in). Other then that its really nice.

Not as advertised..
This pole spear is black, not blue. It is also a 6 ft spear not a 7.This was not a one time error read the other reviews. If you are looking for a great 6 foot three prong that can take a 6mm slip tip this is a great product. Just don't expect to get a blue 7 foot pole spear.
