Fun for kids and adults
Similar to Spy Alley, this game was perfect for my teenage grandkids and their parents. We enjoyed playing this game multiple times when we visited one another.

Fun even for grown ups
This is a good game. The idea is primarily to fool other players and throw them off the track, so they do not guess who you are, while keeping your character's space free as possible of, "evidence." Pretty simple game.

Simply suspects is just plain simple
I thought this game would be more fun than Spy Alley as I had heard it was a more streamlined version. But after playing it a few times I don't think it is better.I played this game as a two player game and finished in under ten minutes. One of the things that made spy alley fun is the buying and collecting items for the spies. Spy Alley also had this really nice scoring card to help you keep track of what spies had or didn't have. Simply Suspects does away with that. Yes it is more streamlined than Spy Alley but I don't think that this necessarily makes it more fun. In fact I feel it makes it less fun as you have less to do.Here is how the game works. When ever a player gets on the grand jury space and has two or more pieces of evidence on him then they are immediately eliminated. So you must keep evidence pieces off your character. But if you do this too much then your opponent can just guess who you are. That's it !Pro's1. So self explanatory that you almost don't even need to read the instructions.2. No flimsy cash to deal with. Just figure out who the suspect is by process of elimination and that is it.Nice looking suspect cards, well made board and components.Con's1. Game is kind of boring as there is not much to do.2. Simply Suspects took the same principles of Spy Alley and stripped it down too much, making it less fun.3. Game moves way too fast and there is just not much to it.

Prefer more strategy
It is a game that can be played more quickly than some other games, but we like games with more strategy. It is more based on the roll of the die than clues to figure it out.

This is a fun game if you like Clue or Spy Alley
This is a fun game if you like Clue or Spy Alley. It is not really a clone of Spy Alley (from the same company) at all, as I figured out after the first play through. You have an identity that you should keep away from the other players lest they expose you to the grand jury. You also have to keep yourself away from the grand jury while there are two pieces of evidence on you. That means keeping track of what evidence was with what ID whenever anyone lands on the grand jury space. In other words, echoes of Clue but without the score sheet to keep tabs on the evidence. Lots of fun and probably more fun with three or more people, though it works just fine for two.

Try Spy Alley instead.
We thought this would be more like Spy Alley which we love. But this game, we dread when my son brings it out.
