yes 2 exhaust fans one in the top one in the rear both 120mm, the top can be changed for a 140mm

Plenty of space. best cable management i've seen

It comes with Stand offs, 2 Fans and an led strip. It comes with parts for some things in the HD’s cage drive

Q: Are the fans that come with this PWM fans?

No just 3 pin, non-controller-software-enabled. Plus you only get 2. Buy fans separately that are pwm and get 4 of them. There is room for two 140mm or smaller fans on the front and one top fan, one rear fan.
