This company’s quality control is non-existent. Both side panels are broken and the bracket of the left arm rest does not fit and probably misplaced. The chair looks good and I was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, I had to repack it in 3 heavy boxes and carry it back to a UPS for return. Very unpleasant experience. Check your product before shipping you guys!!!

This product is excellent for the price. Easy to assemble. Mine came with minor damage but corrected it myself. Still a very excellent product.

The media could not be loaded. The description claims this chair has a L track that knocks, kneads, and does idk how many other things. The "L" track it claims to have is more like an "I" track. It doesn't go past the lower back. It doesn't touch your legs or bottom with any type of massaging feature. It does compress your calves with the airbags although, it is a bit weak. Don't buy if your taller than 5' 2" tall, not very comfy if you exceed that height. The "Shiatsu" feature on your back feels like one of those cheap massage chair covers you strap to the back of a lawn chair. The only thing I say is somewhat satisfying is the heating feature, and the zero gravity mode, but even that is giving this chair way too much credit for what you are paying for it. It would be a fair price if they were asking no more than $300. Fact

It’s good for me and my health

Hot pad in it gets too hot almost a burn hazard. Only function that works great is the zero gravity reclining, all other features are just ok, the leg rest should elevate more then it does. massage system rollers has no system of adjusting. Not really made for my 5' 9" frame. If you are taller dont think it will be comfortable.

This chair is so relaxing. You do have to get used to the "squeezing", but it's amazing once you do. I cannot say enough good things! It is a larger piece of furniture so check measurements.
