Low quality, poor customer service, and a refusal to honor warranty claims
These failed on my Continental GTC after only 1500 miles of driving, and the manufacturer refused to honor the 1 year warranty advertised on their website. The customer service reps are very difficult to understand and do not help/have any interest in resolving the problem on terms financially favorable to the customer. If you do research on the manufacturer, you will find that this tactic of refusing to honor warranty claims is standard operating procedure.I recommend avoiding aftermarket parts from this manufacturer due to the low quality and poor customer service. Better quality shocks from Arnott, etc are only marginally more expensive.
