Very comffortable.
Very comfortable and gives good cushioning for my heels. Very well made but they are duffucty to cut to size as there are not any markings on they to follow. You will need an existing pair of insoles to use as a template . Otherwise these are great replacements for those already in your shoes.

These are a life saver in work shoes when you're on your feet all day!
I keep these shock-absorbing insoles in my work shoes, and they’ve made a huge difference in comfort when I’m on my feet all day. The honeycomb design keeps them breathable, so my feet don’t overheat, and the elastic cushioning provides great support without feeling too firm.They fit well in a variety of shoes and don’t slide around once in place. After wearing them for long hours, I’ve definitely noticed less foot fatigue. Having three pairs is great for rotating between different shoes.A simple and affordable way to make any pair of shoes feel much more comfortable!

Reasonable performance for the price
Bought these among a number of other insoles to do a comparison test as to their effectiveness relating to a painful foot/heel condition I currently have... these were the cheap version of the three groups I bought, being £11 for three pairs. I have to say that they are not the worst but the middle of the performers... and I have three pairs.. happy with that. They are a stiff plastic type material but give a reasonable cushioned effect and did help a little with my painful foot. I did but a pai that were more expensive by a lot... and they are the best performers of the group, but I would not dismiss these as being acceptable for the price and better than a single pair I bought for £7!!!

Im fitting these in all my trainers!
The insoles in my hardly used Kurt Geiger trainers fell apart at the heal after a very short time. Literally disintegrated,( Don't buy any KG trainers).. I decided to rip the remaining insoles out and replace them with these.. They are really comfortable, fairly thick and easy to cut. Im replacing all my Insoles with these.
