My Go-To for Soft, Hydrated Lips
I’ve been using it regularly, and my lips look and feel healthier, especially when they are usually dry or chapped. It’s definitely more expensive than your average lip balm, but honestly, it works. A little goes a long way, and I feel like it actually makes a difference.

Why is this stuff so good?
I needed another $40 skincare product like a hole in the head but this stuff is magically delicious. Its sticky, it stays on my lips, its super shiny and pretty. I also swear it plumps my lips noticeably! I am wearing it right now as I type this. Is there cat hair stuck to my lips? yes. Do I feel bonita? Very. Am I going to wake up tomorrow with the juiciest lips ever? Also, yes.The author of this review has a PhD in peptide lip products - I have a loyalty to absolutely none of them, except this one!The other ones on rotation that I'm reaching for less and less in favor of Youtfull Lip:Nudestix Peptide - pretty but poor longevityLaneige polypeptide lip - pretty and even a little plumping while on, good longevity, but makeup-yPCA Lip Filling Treatment - sticky and not pretty on the lips, but plumping even after useRhode Peptide Treatment - grainy, poor longevity, and weird smell after the reformulation with inconsistent service and shippingPaula's Choice Peptide Lip - my prior favorite plumping lip product before I got YouthFull but it does not last as long and is not as pretty on the lips for daytime wear

Worth the cost
At first, I thought this seemed like an expensive for lip balm. But I’ve have been using for about a month, and I can tell the difference. My lips are more moisturized and the lines around the edges feel improved. It is very sticky so I only use at night. But I think this product is worth the cost!

Unpleasantly sticky
I struggled over the rating to give this product (Revision Skincare YouthFull Lip Replenisher), because I hate it. The positive:(1) It's very glossy.(2) It plumps a little.(3) It's long lasting.I don't know how well it works on chapped lips (bought it this spring but didn't try it until this summer). The negative:(1) It's rather thick for day wear in public.(2) My lips look moisturized while it's on, but they seem dryer after it wears off. I don't see any extended benefit. The killer:It's so sticky I can't stand it. If it gets on something besides your lips, like a cup, it's hard to get off and will be transferable to other things and hard to get off them, for instance, your fingers. My husband (reasonably) complains. If you try it and you are, like me, a side or stomach sleeper, I suggest you don't put it on before going to bed the first time you try it because of the risk that it will get on your pillowcase.Ok, why four stars overall? It does do at least some of the things it promises. If you don't object to the stickiness, it should be ok. Partly because it's expensive, I have kept using it and intend to finish, or try to finish, the tube, which is currently about 3/4 used up. The more I wear it, the more I dislike it. Four stars is what my rating would have been if I'd quit using it after the first few days. I thought it better to explain fully than to rate it down because of my personal long-term reaction.

Revision is the best lip product I’ve ever used. Pinker Lips! Smoothing and Plumping.
I love this. I was skeptical of the price, and what the product would be like; I’m so thankful I took this chance. I have tried so many ‘luxury’/luxury adjacent lip balms - La Mer, Tata Harper, Tatcha, DHC, Gucci, etc. etc. etc. This is the best I’ve ever used. The lines in my lips are noticeably smoother and my natural lip pigment is brighter after waking/after use.Tip to save money: Use Revision at night for beauty rest, or once a day. Then, to maintain the glossiness for those of us who constantly apply lip balm for that feeling, use La Roche Posay Nutritic Lip Balm. LRP is 11-12 dollars, and extremely therapeutic (especially for its price point). Paired with Revision, my lips have never looked better. If money weren’t an object, I’d never use anything other than Revision.

Great to use at night, very hydrating
This product is very thick, shiny, and sticky, so I tend not to use it when I am leaving the house, but it is wonderful to use at night. It stays on all night and I wake up with hydrated, softly plumped lips. Since I started using this product (and eliminated the stick-type balms) my lips are hardly ever dry and I don’t have any flaking or peeling. I don’t use it with lipstick because of the shine, but consistent use makes my lips soft, smooth, and prepped so other lip products go on smoothly. I also use it during the day when I am just going to be around the house. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it!

Thick as molasses
So hands down this is the thickest lip balm/ gloss I’ve ever used. I put it on before bed and woke up to it still very much on my lips and even after washing my face the lip gunk was still on. I washed twice and then had to use rubbing alcohol to remove it but there is still a sticky residue on my lips. I don’t recommend this product because of that, it is too thick for my liking. You can’t do anything like eating or drinking with this gloss on your lips because it is so thick.
