Easy fix for what would have been ridiculously expensive at the dealership!
Worked great to repair the fried ground on my wife's 2017 Ford Expedition. Climate controlled seats work again. Managed to avoid having to replace the module by just pulling it apart and cleaning the connector pin which got a bit oxidized during the ground wire overload and meltdown. Why Ford didn't use both grounding pins to start with I don't know. But this fixes it easily and quickly.

Excellent fit for my vehicle
Using YouTube videos, it was an easy repair and now I have my heated and cooling seats working again. The best video showed how to use the existing factory wires and I only needed to replace two of the shorted wires. It made for a cleaner install. Completed in about an hour. An excellent exact fit product!

Problem Solved in my 2009 Ford Expedition
Works Well. No Issues After Installation.Item came with crimp and heat shrink connectors, but I opted for purchasing the bluecrimp connectors for exterior use with heatshrink. Simply crimp in one wire at a timeand hit with heat gun.Just a note, You will need to do a 3 way junction on the primary ground wire which isthe original cause of the issues with the heated/cooled seats. Use a large gauge yellowcrimp connector for this one connection from the vehicle harness to the new plug moduleto go into the control module under the seat. Also, unbolt the seat and simple lift it up and tilt it back against the rear seat. Easy access thatway without too much hassle. AND ENSURE that the plug is COMPLETELY inserted into thecontrol module.Total install time, less than an hour.

Great upgrade kit
This product was exactly as advertised. It fit perfectly. It was a great upgrade from the standard small wiring to something more beefy that will last a lot longer.

Fixed Hested and Cooled seats on 2008 Ford Expedition. Easy install!
Ordered this Ford OEM part fix for the known Heated and Cooled Ground wire overheat on pin M. Several good videos on YouTube, don’t do the cheap fix by trying to solder in a new wire, fix it right with this new and improved wiring pigtail. All the wiring has been upgraded and they added a extra ground wire to stop the meltdown of that single older ground. Doing it yourself in about an hour will save several hundred dollars. I even found on the internet the Ford TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) that walks the Ford service guys through the easy repair.

Worked for a little while
Install was easy enough.. But it only worked for about a month before failing like the original part did. I don't blame this part as much as I do Ford for the poor design

Genuine Mototrcraft Replacement
I like that this product was a genuine Motorcraft part in a sealed Motorcraft bag. There is plenty of length on the wires to accommodate any wire you have to cut out of the original harness. The plug was an exact match to my 2008 Expedition heated/cooled seat controller. The package included the connector with all pins connected to wire leads (my original harness had one pin not populated), metal non-insulated crimp connectors and heat shrink tubing. If you search videos for how to replace your burnt connector, many of the suggestions are to double up the ground wires to prevent future failure. While this works and is a good idea, know that you cannot do it with the included crimp connectors and heat shrink tubing. To bond two ground wires from the new connector to the single ground wire of the original harness you will need to provide a larger crimp connector and larger diameter heat shrink tubing for that doubled up connection. Also, do not solder the wires together. Always use the crimp connections. Considering your original connector overheated and melted, if you solder the wires and they overheat, the solder could melt and the connection could fail.

Easy to install and worked great!
I used this to fix heated/cooled seats in my 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Worked great and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price vs. taking it to a dealership for servicing.
