Great Tool
I am very pleased with the hand blender. The accessories work well and the blender is easy to use.I do wish it had a switch to adjust level of power rather than a pressure switch that as you use, you tend to let up, reducing power or if you need low speed, it can be difficult to maintain.I still recommend it for full on powerful hand blender!

Power house - well worth it
This little monster makes a wicked date shake. Works well, easy to put together, pull apart, has plenty of power. Glad I bought it.

Extremely High Quality!
-I replaced a very old and noisy Cusinart stick with this BRAUN. What a fantastic upgrade!-I use the chopper accessory for my soups and salads and make frequent smoothies with the stick.-This will do lots more than I’ve used it for so far, like whipping.-I’m impressed with the extremely high quality of construction, it’s power and its GREAT looks.-Its the only tool I have in my kitchen now except an old blender for coffee grinding. I may try the chopper on that too.-Cleans beautifully. A real pleasure to use.FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! They are good.

Works as expected but manual is misleading
I used the blender for the 1st time. Worked well. Quieter than a very old Cuisinart model. I haven't used the chopper yet. However one star off for the printed manual in the box. The manual in the box differs with the manual found online on the braunhousehold.com site. The box manual says there is a paddle included with the MQ7035X model, but no paddle is included. Braun support confirmed this. The other misleading statement in the box manual is that you drop the blade into the chopper and turn to lock. There is no locking mechanism. The blade wobbles until you attach the cover. I expected the blade to not wobble and be fixed like a blade in a food processor based on the manual description. Granted I have not bought a food processor in many years so maybe my expectations are vintage in this world of increasingly less durable products. I didn't check to see what the online manual says.

High Quality Build
This is a supurb high quality unit. I am a guy who is an engineer by degree. I have a keen eye for quality. The thumb or finger on/off/speed button is very responsive and easy to use. Pull it and it comes on, more pressure you pull the higher the speed. Let off and it quickly stops. It is far superior to a button you have to use your opposite hand on. Mine has the chopper, blender and mixer. I have used them all. The mixer you have to chase the yolks around but once they break it mixes well. The blender attachment is effecient and smooth. When you press the unit down the blade via spring action extends out from the housing to give more blade to food being blended area. However it's still well within the housing so there will not be any contact with the pan or plastic smoothy "jar" it comes with. What surprised me the most was the chopper attachement. I make (chopped - not blended) garden fresh salsa by the gallons every week cause I don't know what else to do with all the tomatoes and hot peppers. I go through the hand choppers at least every 4 months. They just don't hold up to the pounding. I have been reduced to hand chopping with a knife cause I got tired of buying choppers - and I have tried them all. Hand chopping hot peppers, garlic, green and black olives, onions, tomatoes, celantro, green onions is a CHORE as you all know.Enter this chopper adapter - I have a cusinart food processor. I have the magic bullet. Had the Ninja. Bought all kinds of contraptions over the years to speed up salsa making. Usually fell back to the knife. This little chopper is the best I have used. I love it does not need fastened to the container so you can quickly transition from chopping to loading and unloading. It chops coarse enough to mimic hand chopping and the instantaneous on off prevents a puree texture.Well worth the purchase for sure.

Braun is my favorite hand blender for a reason.
I fall in LOVE with this Braun MultiQuick all over again every morning. For anyone who doesn't know, there's this thing called Bulletproof Coffee. I make it for breakfast, it's basically coffee with butter (grass fed) and coconut oil (MTC). It's really good and healthy, but it has to be blended because oil and water don't tend to mix well lol. So that's what I use my Braun for every morning, but that's not all. I've used a Braun MultiQuick to make mayonnaise and so many other things, and it's always done an amazing job. It's really worth your money, period. Keep reading though, I have a lot more to say ;)I've used all 3 versions of the MultiQuick, which I'll just call the 5, 7, and 9 over the course of many years. They come in different packages, with different accessories, but the main unit itself really only has the 3 variations. This review is for the 7, and is the one I currently have. The 7 is also the one I like most! The 9 is great, but it's expensive, and totally overkill for just doing mostly coffee lol, plus it has a safety button on top that you have to press before the trigger works. I don't have kids, so that safety button just ends up annoying me, but I can imagine a lot of people would appreciate that feature a lot more than I do.The 5 is also a great device, and still runs flawlessly after 5+ years and has plenty of power, even mayo is no problem. I wanted to upgrade because the 5 isn't anything special to look at and only has 2 speeds, plus the 5 technically belongs to my former roommate. The 7 is my perfect match, like I'm Goldilocks and these are the 3 bears blenders ;DOne of the reasons I love Braun MultiQuick blenders so much is that they designed the shape of the device around the blades to redirect the force downwards. I think they called it a "modified bell shape" somewhere, and you get this on all the models, the 5, 7, and 9. This actually does a lot to help this blender outperform others. For starters the force down means unlike other hand blenders, it doesn't try to suck down to the bottom and stay there with a lot of suction to the point that you might have to let the blender slow down or stop to pull it back up and finish the job. The other thing that becomes obvious when you use other hand blenders for coffee or other watery liquids, is that it will spin up and out of a container rather easily because the blades fling the liquid straight outwards pretty violently. When I use a Braun, all I have to do is use a mason jar and never have to worry about my coffee getting flung out all over the kitchen counter (unless of course I overfill it! LOL)So of course I'd recommend a Braun MultiQuick any day of the week, and even though I haven't tried all the other brands, I've tried a lot while traveling or with friends, and they are always disappointing and I always appreciate the Braun MultiQuick more after I'm done.
