please confirm discrepancy: Amazon desc says origin USA but buyer says China, photos show neither

The knife is a Columbia River knife CRKT M16-14SFG special forces G10 Serrated Blade, I received two and the place of origin on the website says Origin USA but when I got the shipment the boxes said made in CHINA I called the seller and they stated yes the knife is made in CHINA then I called Amazon and they looked into it as we spoke I was on hold for a very short time and the professional customer Sevice person said yes the knife is made in CHINA and it will be changed to say place of origin CHINA. THANK YOU Both Returned.

What is the difference between this 14sfg and the one that i can get from crkt's own website to make up a $50 in price difference? different quality?

This one I got is absolutely identical to the one my buddy bought straight from CRKT. We couldn't find a single difference, right down to actually weighing them. One is just $50 more

Does it still have the manufacturer warranty?
