Received next day in Florida. This is my second time ordering one of these (different house), and am still happy with the purchase. Bought a bronze one a few years ago, had to order a replacement solar insert after a couple years but was very easy to swap out. This new model has access to the rear of the mailbox which is a nice feature add. Very sturdy. The mailbox and post themselves are made of high quality materials that last. No rust issues after years of use. Instructions are easy to follow, and there’s an installation video on their website.

Quality product. Well built. Easy installing. Would be a 5 star but it was advertised as all white and it came with black plastic end caps. It is fine but they should have been upfront about them. When I called they said that they switched to the black as the white were discoloring in the sun. For the money I would have thought they could of used metal.As I said quality heavy duty and lights up extremely well at night and stays lit all night.

My solar light is not working,

The mailbox came with very clear installation instructions. When I first received it, I thought it was going to be really tall, but then I realized it had a long base to make it more stable in the ground. It was missing the brackets to attach the address numbers. However, as soon as I submitted the request to have those replaced, someone from the company called me within hours, and immediately sent them out. To me, that is what makes a company great. No company is perfect, but how they respond when something goes wrong, defines who they are as a company.

What I like most is the solar light highlighting our address. We received many compliments from our neighbors. I couldn't be more happier with our selection. Great quality as well.

The media could not be loaded. I replaced an old mailbox with this one. I had to keep closing the mailbox doors on both ends. Contacted the company they resolved my issue great customer service. The mailbox is beautiful.

I love this mailbox. Gave 4 stars because my husband had to fix it a bit to get the doors to line up to close, otherwise both doors to open on both sides of the mailbox would've remained open. It lights up on three sides. The side facing your home does not light up. It really is very nice. We've had it for about 3 months now. We purchased white.
