MedibotWalking Boot, Fracture Boot for Foot and Ankle Size M

I ended up needing a walking boot for my right foot. I had no idea that I would be able to purchase my walking boot on Amazon. It was incredible, because Amazon was able to get my boot to me by the next day. That’s hard to do anywhere, let alone online. I found the experience wonderful for one super important fact, and that was because I followed the instructions on the size that would most fit me, and it certainly does fit me just right. The size meant a lot to whether I would be comfortable during my time wearing the walking boot.I have to mention that there were several extra foams pads, that I was able to affix with the Velcro that was on the pads, into different areas of the boot. I was able to make my boot fit just right, and it was definitely due to the Velcro. It’s actually comfortable inside the boot. And I will tell you that I was quite shocked that when I first stood in my boot, and there was a definite decrease in my pain. I think the reason that the pain is lessened, is because I now have the stability within the walking boot that allows for me to walk comfortably, and correctly.I was also surprised, and very happy, that my walking boot didn’t weigh a lot. I thought that it might, but I am happy to be wrong about this. Plus, the boot actually looks good. It’s pretty easy to get by without everyone asking what happened. This was not be the case when I was on crutches until I received my boot, which, by the way, I received my boot overnight. This wasn’t a fun experience with my foot, but I can tell you that it was made definitely better by having this great walking boot.

I injured my foot and couldn't walk properly, well just about barely. I bought it because I know it was just a sprain. I don't recommend wearing it for too long or your shins will need a brace. I needed it so I could work and I work overnight, so I had it on to long, but I felt NO PAIN in the toe region!!! I hate all the straps, I'm impatient. The quality is FANTASTIC! Cheap as hell in comparison to what a doctor would tax you for. My big toe was MAD PROTECTED. I really can't wait to be injured again so I can get more use out of it. Lol

I bought this for relative. They had broken a pinky toe and the whole outside of the foot was sprained and purple. The doctor gave her a flat wooden thing that slightly resembled a shoe, haha. That did not work well for her. It was extremely painful to walk. She was using a crutch because she was not able to put any kind of weight on her foot. A family friend suggested that we try a fracture boot instead. We purchased this product. I have to say it was such an improvement for her. She was able to walk without a crutch or a limp. I feel it offered way more support than what the doctor gave her. The thing she liked about it was well padded and that the internal pressure could be adjusted by the using the air pump. The only bad thing I could say about this is that on the bottom, the sole in the front by the toes had worn away. Luckily this was close to the time when fracture healed. But to fix this we put Shoe Goo on those spots. Overall, this product gets 2 thumbs up! For the price and quality was well worth purchasing.

I would've given the item a 5 but the air leaks. The overall comfort is great. Fits great, it's comfortable and it's really easy to put on.

Solid and functional, avoided a Doctor visit and my broken foot is healing rapidly.

I have worn several boots for injuries on my foot. This however, is quite difficult and uncomfortable to wear. It comes with no instructions. The pump is not positioned in a usable way. The upper closure has rubbed a sore rash onto my leg regardless of how carefully I close it or add extra padding. It says it is a size medium which is the size I’ve always used and the size according to the description, however it is very long. It’s balance is not good and my lower back has become painful from its unevenness. My foot continues to be in pain while using this which is much different from other boots I have worn. I am disappointed since this is not in accordance with the ratings I read.

The adjustable fit is nice. The velcro is VERY strong and stays that way. The boot is pretty lightweight and the solid stability of it allows for good performance and easy wear. The padding does wear down after a couple of weeks though, and so if you have to wear this for longer than that, the fit changes. The extra pads that come with it didn’t seem to help me much.

I purchased this, hoping to give myself some relief from the tall ortho boot that was hurting my knee. This boot is super well made, very tough, will last a long time. And the price is fantastic! The straps are made strong and have heavy duty velcro that stays attached very well. The metal buckles that you thread the strap through make this boot even better. It comes with extra padding which you will need if you are have thick legs like I do. The metal plates will dig in after awhile. My only disappointment is that it didnt work for my problem. My tendons are pulling away from the heel bone (age related), so the taller boot actually helps keep the achilles tendon from moving so that it can heal. I woud still highly recommend this boot for any other ortho needs.
