Thick mat where I feel comfortable enough letting my baby, who is learning how to sit on him own, sit on this mat without being afraid he will hurt himself if he falls on the mat. Great value for money. Fits perfectly inside the summer play pen. Easy to open and close & I love that it comes with a carry case with a strap!

So easy to wipe down. Gave my baby a bit of cushion which I was worried about in the pack n play.It’s an extra bag to carry around when you travel, but worth it.

I think "self inflate" is maybe a little misleading for a lot of people. What it really means is that by opening the valve, the foam inside is no longer compressed. Like if you've ever purchased anything memory foam and comes rolled up in plastic and the second you open the package it starts to fluff. That's what this does. The valve is the plastic and you're just interrupting the vacuum. So it's not instant.The first time I recommend you just go ahead and blow it up with your mouth because it was super compressed for shipping and needs that headstart.Deflating is a chore for someone you hate. It takes forever and it so frustrating. And if you ever get it small enough to fit in that bag again you must be an oragmi master.It's good for what it is, if not a tad overpriced. But minus one star because the bag ripped down the seam the first time I tried to put it away on day 1. I recommend the company make a sturdier bag or a least a bag capable of slightly larger diameter because we mere mortals cannot reroll the mattress that small like the factory people can.

This mat fit our Baby delight Go with Me portable toddler playyard perfectly. Inflats just after a minute or so and provide enough cushion to be outside on concrete or inside on a hardwood floor. Only hindrance is having to roll back up since it doesn't deflate the same way it inflate. So I have to sit on it as I roll it back up in order to get it back in the bag. Other than that, I love it and so does my 1 yo.

Amazing mat used it outside in hexagon play pin, it self inflates with air so was great for baby play pin on concrete giving the play pin a cushion bottom so I didn’t have to worry if baby fell over
