You have to always hold it....the handle is such that you can't place it and do something else...

Cannot expect much from a small tadka pan. In fact, I can very much use it with one hand. you are probably using a big spoon or mixing vigorously. Anyway, this is more your comment than a question. Cheers.

Rivet are not good in handle

The media could not be loaded. Pan is very nice as in metal quality but rivet are got loosen after some time and the company is not responding about 5 years warranty as per description

Amazing tri-ply tadka pan

Finally, came across a Stainless steel Tri-Ply tadka pan. It is very nice and sturdy. This tadka pan can stand on the burner without any support (when placed in certain positions), u dont always have to hold it with your hand.Great to switch to this tadka pan - and get rid of aluminium or low quality steel tadka pans.A minor con - It is slightly larger in size compared to the typical small tadka pan.. But, sometimes having a bigger tadka pan will be useful.
