Solid Heavy Grate, Economical But Well Made. Met Expectations.
We always had fires on the ground in the spot where a tree once stood. Thought I would clean the area up and try to make a smokeless fire pit. Spent a lot of time researching the different fire grates out there and was almost going to buy a $165 28" square grate. I figured I would take a chance on the Titan 30" round grate to put in my 36" square fire pit because it was half the cost and about the same size steel thickness. It arrived quickly and when I opened the box I was impressed by it's weight and sturdiness. It also stood dead level, no wobble.I've included many photos showing the packaging, different weld locations and how it looks in our new fire pit. Fits perfect with 3" buffer all around. Because of the gap between the grate bars I placed cheap garden fencing (3' x 10' with 1/2" openings) on top of the grate & tied it down with the thin wire that was wrapped around the fencing (saved money). See last photo. Had our first fire yesterday and it worked awesome. The Titan Fire Grate held up, no split welds or rusting, melting etc...I am impressed and happy that I went with the Titan and saved money. Plus, it weighs less than other higher end grates so it is not a huge burden to lift it up to clean the fire pit area. Highly recommend.The only thing I didn't like is the cheap styrofoam that was used on all five legs to protect during shipping. It is not a huge complaint, I just don't like the stuff because it clings to everything.

Top quality
We’ve had this outdoor fire pit grate for a couple of years now and it is holding up great. This is NOT a cheap flimsy piece of junk. The grate is heavy iron and will last for years and years. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Very Sturdy
Nice to place my steel for pit onto .to raise it up a few inches..so the heat from pit would not be so close to the pavers.

Heavy Duty
We needed a larger grate for our home made fire pit. This grate is so much better than the first grate we purchased from another vendor. It's a heavy duty, well built iron grate. I'm sure that it will last for years and years. Very happy with purchase.
