I bought these headphones as a Christmas present in 2024 for my elderly father but for various reasons, didn't actually use them until May 2025.There was a problem immediately, when they would only connect for less than a minute. Having read about several people having the same issue, I contacted their customer services on a Bank Holiday weekend, not expecting a response for a few days, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within a couple of hours.I was advised to try several troubleshooting ideas, but to no avail. Again, within a couple of hours of replying again, I was informed they would dispatch a replacement pair. These were received 3 days after my initial email - superb customer service!The headphones themselves are great. They are lightweight and the earpiece goes over the entire ear; this is much more comfortable for my father than the ones that sit on the ear and can be quite heavy.He says the sound quality is excellent and he's much happier with these than the last pair he had, which cost over twice as much!Well done Anker, I'm definitely a fan!

I've grown to respect the Anker brand over the years but given the price point for these headphones I wasn't expecting this kind of quality. Physically the build quality is solid and polished. Comfort is first class. The padding and foam on the earcups are very soft and super comfortable even when wearing glasses. The padding on the headband is important to me because my hair left for sunnier climes years ago and I have a somewhat pointy skull so any kind of pressure gets uncomfortable fast. The band on these was top quality. Adjustment is easy and robust. The sound is top quality for the price and the eq was flexible and effective. They pair easily. The ANC is very impressive for the price even when blocking speech.I bought two of these, one for me (black), one for my wife (pink) for us to wear while watching TV in bed at night so as not to disturb the kids. For this use case they are perfect. The ANC easily blocks out my wife munching crisps so I get to watch TV in peace. Highly recommended.

Well packaged, with a decent case in the style of Sony high end model WH-1000XM4, which I also own. The internal divider in the case is just a strip of flimsy foam though. The earphones are well padded, fit my ears well and most importantly sound very good. I have yet to set up the app on phone to refine the sound further. Only one negative so far is they do seem to make my ears very sweaty, but so do the Sony ones for 4x the price.

The truth was I never heard of this Soundcore brand - I was seriously considering between Airpods Max and Bose QuietComfort Ultra for weeks as I needed a good noise cancellation over the head headphone due to construction site next to my home office. I have an Apple airpods pro 2 for my daily use but wanted something over the head with large enough ear cup for more effective noise cancellation. I went to Currys to try Bose and saw a few other options, only then I saw this Soundcore heaphone, got really impressed by how comfortable it is especially for its fraction of the cost comparing to Bose QuietComfort Ultra and a few Sony/Sonos products. Just bought it on Amazon because of the easy return but very impressed with its sound quality and noise cancelling effect, I'd say it delivers 90-95% of what Bose QuietComfort Ultra does, at an absolute fraction of the cost (£449 vs £54...). Bought these as a gift for my partner a year ago. She was hoping for Beats (a bit out of our price range!) but I've used Anker for computer equipment and know they are good quality so took a punt on some headphones from them. She's been really happy with these so far. They sound really good and fit well, no discomfort after wearing them for a couple hours. Battery life is really good, rarely have to charge them and when they do need charging it's pretty quick to get up to a good charge.They come with a nice carry case. It takes a bit of practice to fold them the correct way to fit in there but there was a little photo guide to show you how to do it which was a nice inclusion. Had no issues with pairing to Android devices and the audio is as good, if not better than other headphones which may cost 2-3 times the price.

I bought the these headphones after loosing another pair from the same brand. The quality of sound is brilliant and the noise canceling is very good. They are very comfortable and I cannot fault them in any way. The sound is detailed and clear with a good amount of bass. Long lasting power You can adjust the audio in the app. They as good as more expensive brands of headphones. They come with a case to protect them while not using them. I highly recommend

Always wanted to get some noise cancelling headphones but didn't want to spend too much money. These are great I love them really helps with my autism. As soon as I put them on the world goes quiet and I can relax. Wish I had bought them much earlier. Very reasonable price and still working after wearing them constantly. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of trying noise cancelling headphones.

I have looked at many reviews and most of the expensive headphones have a lower review score so soundcore must be doing something right. The anc works well a little noise leaks in but so do the expensive ones that includes bose according to the reviews. I listen to a lot of classical music and I find these are right for me so why spend hundreds of pounds just to get a slightly better sound these are adequate for most people I highly recommend this product
