Great set except for the pot lids
I love the stay cool handles on the pots and pans, but the pot lid handles are extremely hot to the touch. You need to use a potholder to take it off when it is cooking. Otherwise, I love the set. Fortunately, I have the lids from my old Greenlife set and they all fit and are staying cool.😎

Pans
Works great. I like the coloring of it super easy to clean. It does stick a little but not as bad as other pans I don’t have a problem with them. I would definitely buy these again.

Awesome!
Love these pots and pans! They look great and they are definitely non-stick. I have had them for a few months now and they are great. This morning I scrambled some eggs with out any grease, butter, oil, nothing and they didn’t stick at all!

Great for me, with a few downsides I can live with
Works great for me. The positives are that it is light weight, can go in the oven up to 500 degrees, good price for all the pieces you get ,has a great non stick surface and is attractive. Slightly negative for some might be that it isn't recommended for use with butter or oil so not good for cooking fried food. Braising meat over a high heat is also out because It's only recommended for low to med. heat (I have a few stainless steel pieces I can use for that). The lids have a steel handle that gets hot if in place long, I don't mind using a pot holder to lift it. You need to take steps in cooling the pot to avoid staining the surface, minor issue. The last thing is also a small issue, the entire bottom of the pots don't have a steel disc, so they don't slide on a glass top elec. stove so you have to pic them up to move and I question if that interferes with heat disbursement. The "frying" pans Do have a metal disc that covers the whole surface. If you are a dye hard foody, this might not be for you but it's great for me.

Best cookware
Absolutely the best cookware you will ever buy. Clean up is so easy. Tried granite stone blue before Gotham steel copper and there's no comparison. Gotham steel copper is the best ever owned. Highly recommended.

Waste of money. They are not non-stick. These pens are horrible
Everything in the world sticks to these pans right out of the box they are junk. Do not buy them

⛔ NOT real Gotham Steel (I'm "sticking" to that)!!
I am familiar with GS - I've purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his 'house' (unattached house on our property - lol).THIS set was AWFUL.First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat ... AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn't SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. "AWFUL" does not do them justice. The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just ... cheap.LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries ... You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them).SO, either GS has devolved terribly - which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back.Amazon - STOP 'hiding' negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand - and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top "Negative" Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are 'okay. They're NOT.

What’s for dinner
Bought these for my kid when she went off to college. She said she likes them but she also doesn’t have anything to compare to. Kid has never had to cook a day in her life. Seems to be a good quality compared to my higher end brand that cost 3 times as much. Time will tell.
