Good vitamin
I like this vitamin, not big so easy to swallow. The only problem is that some come broken

Again, it’s a Vitamin
What’s to like about a vitamin. I can’t tell if it’s doing it’s job or not except to say that my blood draw shows a normal range of what B12 helps according to my Doctor. The nice thing about these compared to others is the price. A very good price for a large number of pills that have no taste and are, for me, easy to swallow. But as my morning dose is around 15 different pills, I really can’t tell if it’s alone easy to swallow or not. Pills give me no problem to swallow in any case.NOTE: ANOTHER REVIEWER STATED THIS WAS A CHEWABLE AND HAD A NICE ORANGE TASTE. DO NOT CHEW THIS TABLET. IT IS NOT A CHEWABLE AND HAS NO ORANGE TASTE. It works great
Despite the naysayers turned off by the powdery residue this B-12 not only a great value but it works. My hemoglobin was 10.1 g/dL last week which is anemia for an adult man. I was feeling weak, tired, and sometimes lightheaded. After some research I bought this and after only 5 days of taking it my hemoglobin is now 12.4 g/dL which is way better. I actually feel much better too. I expect my hemoglobin will get even better as I continue to take this very good product.
