These bags are great. They are heavier than most brand name sealer bags at a lower cost. Will never buy brand name bags again. I have had great results with both the 8.5" and the 11" bags. Rolls fit in my Food saver machine nicely

I have done vacuum packing for over 20 years. When making jerky I was experiencing tight vacuum issues doe to the sharp shards in the jerky causing punctures in the bags. When i saw these bags on a advertisement on Facebook , I thought I'd give them a try. They are a thicker bag and sealed the jerky as it should. Price was as competitive as those you would find in a Costco store.

You can see my initial review below. Since been staying with family for health issues and was not using my foodsaver at home. I was into my next to last roll when I got back home and decided to start sealing again. Sadly I found my third roll about halfway through had deep set wrinkles, really bad wrinkles and they were vertical so interfering with the seal. I use these as just like well a ziploc that isn't zipping. I hope my fourth and final roll is defect free. They were really good and I think this bad third one is just an anomaly.So far so good. For one, see in the pic the difference between these and huge off-brand rolls where a lot of the problem lies in the humongous cardboard tube. I have used probably 75% of the humongous and I still can't close the lid on my v3240 upright Foodsaver.The other problem with humongous generic there is that it is useless. I just wrote a scathing review on them. I have had problems with generics (besides the obvious no-fit issue) where they lose air inexplicably sometimes sooner, sometimes later. Well, the last generic I used that you see here is causing me to reseal everything I have done with it. In three months, everything in my freezer is no longer sealed. At first I thought a few leaking problems were maybe my old 3240 or sharp food. But I have hamburger patties (no sharp edges!) that are loose. I had also picked up a box of pre-cut Foodsaver bags on clearance. And I used them for convenience sake on a variety of things (some sharp!) none of them are leaking. So, I can't blame it on my old machine.I do hope these hold the seal almost as well if not as well as those Foodsaver bags. If I have a problem, I will update my review accordingly. Crossing my fingers.UPDATE: added photo comparing the cardboard tubes. Humongous roll about 75% used and this one brand new. You can see how big that tube is on the other generic. Also note that these are "whiter" while other material is not as clear. These do seem thicker than the other for sure, too.UPDATED again - these really held up and I have just ordered more of them. A good value.

Works great with LEM vacuum sealer

The vacuum pack roll is helpful. Our vacuum pack machine does not have the roll inside feature but we like the roll we can cut the bags as long as we need instead of using the bag version. More savings in the roll form.

These seem to work good. No complaints so far.
