Great product- money value.

product is good packaging need to improve as i received open box and look like very old and teared packet. it looks like used from outside. bottle were sealed so i can use it. but loreal need to improve packaging amazon need to deliver it with care. they packed it with jiff x4 bottle which might caused the conditions of the package.

Box was completely open and not sealed! Not sure if it’s the real one!Update: I just used the product and it caused irritation and had to remove it from my hair. The color also looked different and texture of it is really watery, not like what I used to buy before.
