The best thing about this cable is the price and the build quality is also not bad, never had an issue so far so definitely recommending this.

Works flawlessly
Works flawlessly. At first I had an issue using it with my Surface Pro 5 where the screen flickers and turns on and off randomly. But a quick search on google showed that it’s a surface pro issue and not the cable. Fixed it with changing my screen refresh rate in the windows 10 settings from 59Hz to 60Hz. Hope this helps out other buyers.

It works between Thunderbolt port and LG 27UL550-W 4K Monitor
I have connected Intel HD Graphics 4000 Thunderbolt display out to New LG 27UL550-W 4K Monitor using this cable. The system automatically detected the monitor and switch to 4K resolution at a 29.5Hz refresh rate. Only in the display setting text size has changed to 175% due to very small text.
