This 1962 VW Microbus is very cool. I was a kid in the 60's and my friend's parents owned one. We used to hang out and play in it. The bus is very sturdy and well made. I have it in a beach themed terrarium with an air plant and it looks great!

We had this exact Red VW Bus in the '80s in Germany when we were stationed there with the military. I sold Tupperware and it was amazing how much I could stuff into that bus when the delivery day came. We drove the wheels off that bus! We loved it so much that we purchased a 2nd vehicle which was a newer model VW Bus in Gold color. I have a Pink VW Bus on a shelf above my desktop as I would like to purchase one someday. I then added the Red VW Bus to that shelf. I love the detail and quality. Who would think that this was JUST for kids to play with ....
