Great replacement for Cooler Master Hyper TX3 fan
The fan failed on a 10 year old Cooler Master Hyper TX3 cooler. This is a nearly exact replacement for that fan. Just remove the 4 screws and plastic hardware from the old fan, reinstall onto this one and clip it onto the cooler. It doesn't fit quite as well as the original but stays in place and has 4 pin PWM control like the original fan.

Best 92mm fan for your buck
I left the Noise level at 3 stars only because I have a 3 pin connector and it runs at full speed all the time so I can't really judge for myself. Other than that, it's a very powerful fan for a decent price.

Great setup
Used in a Dell 8940 overhaul - yes, you can hear them spool up to higher speeds under load, just barely, but when running steady you really can't hear them at all (I have multiple going in the same box). I find the hum pleasant, not too low/vibrating and not too high/ear bothering.

the fan it pretty much straight forward . let me note the fan did not come with cpu cooler attachments for the fan, but I supplied my own. I was aware that they didn't come with it too. I had my own of course. So this issue was not an issue at all. the fan does the job of cooling the cpu as a second fan for my cpu {amd5600x} .. the cooler only came with one fan so I checked amazon.com for a 92mm fan and this was my selection. so far its perfect and I have no Regrets. if your in need of 92mm fan for your cpu cooler; go with it . I did.
