Just the Right Size
I had the larger size of this pruning saw and liked how quickly it cut through limbs. However while riding to clear trails, I thought I'd lost it. In the meantime, I ordered this model. It is a bit smaller and fits into my trail bag.

I have an older version of this. Works way better than expected and great for getting in between little branches without damaging neighboring branches.Tempted to buy this now because of carabiner clip.

Insufficiently Rugged for Regular Use
I bought this saw to replace a comparable Fiskars product that had performed fairly well. The thumb screw and handle of this saw are decent enough, but the blade wasn't up to snuff for routine use. Within a few months, the tip of the blade had snapped cleanly, leaving me with several fewer teeth. Not a major problem, as there was enough blade remaining to be useful. Later on, though, the base of the blade fatigued from the flexing that invariably occurs when using such a tool, and eventually it snapped and detached from the handle. In about 30 months' time, the saw found its way into my trash bin. In my book that's too short a lifespan for a fairly pricey tool such as this one.

There's better
Light weight (4.1 oz) for backpacking, but there are better saws for the money ($51).

This hand saw design is DANGEROUS!
This is a dangerous design. The blade locking mechanism is weak and fails easily, with the effect that your hand can easily slide forward off the grip and right into the blade. I almost, almost cut myself badly when this happened a couple of times, then finally decided to just throw the saw in the trash.
