Minor refinements to the model since my original purchase 11 years ago. Slightly increased latency in delivering water but care/maintenance document has improved considerably. Also, the medium temperature setting for the water seemed a little high compared to my previous experience but clearly not an issue.

This is the 4th one I've bought. Each time I move to a new house, the first thing I do is get one of these. It's not that they don't last - we currently have one that is going strong after 9 years - but when we move they are a big plus that buyers appreciate, so we leave them in the old house and install new ones in the new house.If you've never used a bidet before, trust me, it will change how you think about pooping. Let's see: do I want to clean myself with a piece of dry paper, or wash myself with a stream of water?My wife also really loves that the seat is heated; again, once you get used to this, regular toilet seats just don't cut it.

My old bidet broke only after a year and a half. So, this time I ordered Toto that still works on our another bathroom. We installed it as soon as it came and it works nicely. I like it and hope this one lasts a long time.

We've had this model for a year now with no problems!Hands down best purchase! Easy to install and easy to use. Feel fresh, clean, and dry after every bathroom break.

It was easy to install and learn to use. I've only tried it a few times. My only question is the water temperature only has two settings, low and off. The water temp is a little on the cool side and that's a little disappointing. Otherwise it's working fine.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using my Toto toilet seat for a week and one word, it's FANTASTIC!To begin, the package comes in a compact box, with all that you would need to install this seat.It took me about a half hour, my only delay was that I was trying to save time and use my previous seat's hardware, but it's better to use theirs.Once installed, it fit perfectly in my elongated toilet, the adaptors are really tight, and you can really tighten using the rubber mounts. It's not going to move for awhile.I previously had a Clean Sense dib-1500R which served me well for exactly 10 years until the plastic started to brittle, this seems like quite the upgrade for about the same price I paid a decade ago.Product is made in Thailand which is nice if you don't want to send your money to certain countries.It's a Japanese brand, which is partially why I bought it since Japanese are known for their hi-tech toilets.My previous unit had a remote control, but I wanted to avoid that since I didn't like to constantly change the batteries. The remote is well placed on the right hand side.I'm 5'10", 215lbs, I fit just fine, and I'm able to turn and operate the basic buttons, I can't really see them, so I have to learn the locations. I'm not that flexible, but I can see if you're bigger and less flexible than me, you might want to opt for a remote control model. Also, the seat seems a nice fit for me, but bigger guys might not feel too comfortable.The pre-mist seems to work really well, I think I've noticed the toilet is cleaner, I will provide another review to update that feature. I'm still getting used to all this, I set it on auto energy save mode, so far, it seems to be warm at the right time. I will update in the winter time.This is a really well made unit, you can tell it's quality, the seat has one side shorter than the others, but that seems to be a function to turn the unit on when you sit. I don't see an issue with that like other reviewers that didn't read the manual.I highly recommend this unit, it's worth the premium price, but tbh it's only slightly priced above lesser known brand units out there.

This bidet/washlet serves the purpose and works fine, it has all the right features but it’s very noisy. It’s always going through some noisy motions and gurgling. Probably setting up for use and heating the water but I know other people with similar products that are much quieter . And they paid less for a different model. This one was over $300.
