Good product
No jitters and I only take one even though it says take one to two and it gets rid of the brain fog in the morning. I'm not a coffee drinker so this is a great way to get you ready for the morning workout or work. Taste is a little on the chalky side, but not unpleasant.

Do not purchase- don’t waste your money!!!!!
First, the taste is off putting. Second, I waited and waited and nothing. Did not feel the tiniest more focused, or energized. The only thing I felt was that I wasted money on a mint I would t even pop in for breath freshening. Too bad it kind of is a food item or I would have sent it back. DO NIT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hey, wanted to like this product, but I did not notice a significant difference. I am not sure if it needs to build up in my system but it did not yeild the results I was hoping for. I will also share that caffeine usually does not stimulate me either so maybe I need a different combination of stimulants.ProsEasy to take (its a mint), easy to chew, accessiable. Love the packaging. I got it from Whole Foods and I think if I would have been at the store good value for money ($3.00 and some change each at the time) but I did Whole Foods Delivery and it was much higher. I don't think I will order them threw Whole Foods again but I was so anxious to try them. Lesson learned.ConsYou already know what I am bout to say... the worst part was the taste. Theres mint fighting for its life like a game of throwns episoide but that L-Theanine or the other vitamins ... idk but its strong and put me right back to the 90's of the cherry medicine epidemic. A whole generation of cherry flavor lovers was whiped out because of the all the cherry flavored medicine. But really the worse part wasn't the taste I was just bumbed it didn't work out for me. No crash no jitters no focus and my energy stayed the same.

lovely lift
a perfect lift that is gentle on the nervous system. they taste nice, are easy to carry around (great packaging btw) and help me to feel more awake and clear when i've been too long at the fair.
