I trust Lenovo products and when I saw the T460 at a good price there was no question of my ordering it.My use case is to connect it to y telescope and record observing sessions. Windows10 was installed and I had no issues setting it up.The hardware as in great shape. The screen good and all ports works as expected.There was one problem in that the SSD was 128GB instead of the 256GB as advertised. I contacted the company, supplied the necessary information and was given a 10% discount. I had requested a 20 dollar discount but they offered and gave me a bit less but I understand and agreed.The company sent a good product and resolved an issue expeditiously and fairly.I heartily recommend this company.

I purchased this refurbished laptop and was a little worried that it might be subpar, especially as the price was so low. But I’ve been using it for several months now without issue.The laptop itself looks new and I’m very pleased with its processing speed and image and sound. quality. I also appreciate the raised keys on the keyboard as it makes typing easier. The battery life is really good as well. I would definitely buy it again

I'm writing this review around a month after having received my used thinkpad T460P. The laptop arrived ontime and was packaged securely. There was no real signs of wear or damage one the laptop. Laptop came factory reset and mostly charged. Battery life seems good, no issues have come up at all when using the laptop. I wanted to wait to write a review after a few weeks of putting some time into the laptop in order to see if any issues would arise, as of now I'm very glad that I decided to go with a used thinkpad.

I got this laptop for work, to work from home. Any other refurbished laptop always comes "factory reset" so that I can set up the laptop myself, safe and securely. But the seller (Sold By: Refurble) sold me a laptop already set up with an account named "user." I tried to factory reset the laptop on my own because I couldn’t trust the laptop as it was sold to me already set up with unknown installed software/ programs/ etc. making the laptop unknown and unsafe, but the laptop would not factory reset, because it's “missing its recovery environment.” So I’m stuck with a laptop with the previous owner’s personalization and installed programs, I cannot use the laptop to work from home, in case the laptop has malware or spyware installed and I’m unable to remove it being that the seller removed the ability to factory reset the laptop. Unfortunately the laptop was ordered before Christmas, then opened on Christmas Day, exceeding the return deadline. Also, after trying to leave a feedback on the seller’s profile, they deleted my feedback so I wouldn’t be able to rate the seller Refurble. This is very unfortunate.

The delivery took around a little over a week, so it wasn’t ideal. But the product itself was carefully packaged and came intact.The laptop itself had a flew very small blemishes that are noticeable on the bottom of the laptop’s exterior, but nothing that damages the quality of the product itself.System software runs smoothly, and all the hardware (touchpad, Wi-Fi, etc) works good.My old Lenovo gaming laptop broke down, and this last minute, $200 thinkpad does not disappoint!

Never had any problems and still have it like its brand new.

I was shocked at the quality of this laptop! It has a lot of processing power and is reliable and enjoyable to use. I especially like the cursor options in the keyboard and the multitude of USB ports.

The hardware seems to work. It does have damage which has been repaired, which is fine as it is structurally sound, although not very sightly.I am upset that it wasn't properly cleaned and that the charger adapter it arrived with is incorrect and will not charge the device.
