It is a good choice if you do not work out regularly, and have enough vitamins and minirals to make up for the lack of these in your regular diet. Be aware though that it can make you gassy as it has calcium carbonate, so those with sensitive stomachs need to keep this in mind.This is ideal if you do not work out or work out every so often and are vegan/vegetarian. It will help you fulfil the deficit of vitamin B complex and other such essential amino acids in your diet(but not all as it's not protein powder).I bought it for Rs 349 so a good deal at this price point. You can move to better and more expensive options after trying this out.

It has become a staple for my active lifestyle and helped me maintain my health.Needless to say, I have tried many product brands, but HK Vitals has stood out as a clear winner.There are many reasons why I chose HK Vitals over others.First, each serving contains more vitamins and minerals than all other competitors, which means more bang for your buck.Second, some products might cause digestive issues and skin irritation and meddle with your sleep cycle. I experienced no such thing when using this product. On the contrary, it aided my sleep because of Zinc and Magnesium, which promote Melatonin production in our body, helping me to get deep sleep.Third, the product contains all the instructions on the packaging itself, which guided me better on the usage and storage.Fourth, the packaging it came in was nicely packed and sealed. It showed no signs of tampering. Have been consuming for more than two years. It increased my immunity and provide my extra energy to stay active for long hours. Only one suggestion: never take the omega 3 empty stomach to avoid very harse fishy smell and ill taste bloatings.

Brought it in march 2025 , and the bottle no where says that it will go bad within months, can you see how harmful it looks to even consume.Heard so much about it so thought of starting it . Disappointing at best
