Got these for myself to practice and then took them into work at an after school program where the kids ages 5 and up were able to trace and practice one at a time with all them. By the end of the day, they were attempting some basic strokes on the blank sheet and it was tough to convince them not to take them home!

These Chinese line brushes are absolutely fantastic. I used them for detailed ink work and calligraphy, and they delivered smooth, controlled strokes every time. The bristles hold just the right amount of ink, giving me consistent lines without blotting or skipping.

Used this set for a Chinese New Year event booth at an elementary schools. It was great for the kiddos to try it out and they really enjoyed the experience! Easy set up and clean up, just roll it up when it’s dry and store. It will be useful for many seasons to come.

My son loves this. He can practice writing the characters and an hour or so later they have dried and disappeared and he can try again. Works with water so not messy at all.

My kids and I have used these to practice calligraphy. You hold a brush differently than you do a pen, but it also helps you learn basic characters and strokes. Virtually no clean up - never any ink spills. I like this set because it allows me to practice my calligraphy strokes without using ink. The strokes are outlined for ease of use. Can be used over and over again. Sellers put together a good set. Shipping was excellent. Brushes are a perfect size.
