I love the full house kits. This one has clear instructions and the quality was good. The kit did not come with any of the normal supplies (scissors, knife, ruler etc…all the other kits come with and for the price of the kit…it should have. Not a big deal for those who do these kits often but would suck for someone who doesn’t have the essentials on hand. I made this one Christmas theme but you could easily customize it to fit your likes. Super cute!

The box arrived damage and due to some reviews saying they were missing pieces, I went through each and every piece to make sure it was there and it was.It is very detailed and a lot of tiny pieces.Some reviews say they’re missing walls but show pictures of all 4 walls.I posted a video of the structure so you can see what walls are included. There is no back to it. Maybe it’s a floor missing? There should be 3 floor pieces and two big roof pieces and a smaller roof pieces.

Absolutely loved making this house. The instructions were easy to understand. The materials were of good quality and the end result was spectacular.

I am almost done with this house, and it has been a pleasure working on this. The wood pieces are sturdy and the instructions are easy to follow. The box came packed well and sealed. No missing parts (a first for me), however, the kitchen countertop cutout for the sink was cut too large and unusable. I remedied this by folding/gluing a piece of black cardstock together and cut my own template. The black against the white cabinets actually looks better. This did not come with a dust cover, which I found disappointing.

The parts are really good quality and very detailed. The instructions are very easy to understand too. Looking forward to building it.
