Brand new digital scale and in good condition, however its readings are inaccurate and it’s always off by 10 kilograms every time I weigh myself on it. And I just discovered this product is not eligible for returns or refundable. Not surprised ….

This is the worst weighing scale I’ve ever used. The weight changes every time I step on it.. completely inaccurate and useless. I trusted Omron for quality, but this product is an absolute joke. What’s even more frustrating is there's no return or exchange option. Shame on Omron for selling such garbage. Total waste of money and trust. Avoid this product at all costs!
