You can tell right away. It actually does something. I felt better within days. If I don't have it I notice a difference in my energy levels. Its not a placebo either. I'll forget for a few days and wonder what's wrong with me, then it'll hit me that I'm out of this or I've forgotten to take it for some reason. Within a few days of taking it again I feel better. It's a well formulated product.

I'm gravely anemic and have been taking this brand since I was little.I used to take the child version.Now I take the adult version religiously.Everytime I stop taking it I go back to feeling really tired and weak but as soon as I start taking this....WOW IT WORKS. I've been taking Floradix for years - and I've always bought it either in the UK or from a pharmacy. So I know its viscosity. I can tell you that THIS bottle of liquid had been watered down. What a shame.
