A new WT220CL lasted me only 2-days before, I got the "replace WT box" massage again!!!But its the HL3150CDW printers fault.Check for low resistance across the outer 2 terminals (of the 3 terminals on the side of the box)... because the contacts under the small black top cover should be closed on a new box. The printer applies a very high voltage to the middle terminal, and can detect any leakage current. So make sure there is no loose toner at the ends of the rollers on the WTbox, and clean insulation at the 3 terminals on the printer itself, with vacuum and tissue.

Despite the printer asking for a new drum, this did not clear the message. One brother 9020cdw is going in the bin. Support from Amazon where the printer was purchased has been poor.

Ordered yesterday arrived this morning. Followed user manual instructions which are straight forward, although I was surprised you had to have the printer on while changing. After completing, the replace toner box error and message re-appeared, however switching the printer off and on again removed this. Printed a couple of document since then with no problem.

Excellent step by step instructions, very easy to fit.

Expensive for what it is, but the printer refused printing unless this tray was replaced. I kept the old one, which I'll take apart and clean up to replace the new one when it's full, though.
