Yes, though it’s been a while since I’ve used it, I’m fairly certain that is what you get.

Q: Is the plaster in it? Do u just soak it?

Yes it’s plaster impregnated. Soak it briefly and squeeze off the excess water.

Q: what is the diference of the blue and green one?

I think one sets faster unsure which one does. they have a customer number. I use it for paper mâché not casts.
